Churches Serving Together in MISSIONS and MINISTRIES Grateful for the Past, Celebrating the Present, Focused on the Future
Purpose– Why We Are Here
We have come together as Churches, Ministers, Members and Partners in Missions and Ministries in order to obey the Great Commandment (Mark 12:29-31) and to fulfill the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20) of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Presence – Where We Are and Who We Are
We are strategically located in Morgan County to serve God in submission to His desire, His design and His direction. We will do this intentionally by dedicating ourselves together in focusing on all aspects of Acts 1:8. We are witnesses of and for Jesus Christ in our Jerusalem (Morgan County), our Judea (Alabama), our Samaria (United States) and to the uttermost parts of the earth (Worldwide).
What We Do
We seek to connect Churches to Churches, Ministers to Ministers, Members to Members and Ministries to Ministries in order to fulfill our purpose and establish a unified presence of Missions-Ministry in Morgan County.
Project Care Incorporated(PCI) ministers as a vital function and ministry of Morgan Baptist Association in seeking to meet the physical needs of people in our area. PCI serves to establish and to strengthen our strategic ministry presence in Morgan County utilizing a large team of volunteers from churches.
Value-Add Workshops and Seminars scheduled at and beyond our Hartselle Office location offer equipping, engagement and encouragement resources and training. Pastors, Ministerial Staff Ministers, Members of Churches and guests may benefit from these first-line offerings.

Vision – Where We Are Going
We are grateful for the positive accomplishments of the past. We celebrate what God is doing now in our member churches. We celebrate the people who are being reached and the growth of the Kingdom of God. We also intend to explore appropriate avenues of mission-ministry effectiveness and fruitfulness in the future.
Our vision for the future includes at least two strategic areas:
Strategic Partnerships and Embraced Priorities
The Strategic Partnerships involve the possibility of churches partnering with other churches. Ministers may partner with ministers and members with members. As an association of churches we will also partner with other ministries such as the Alabama Baptist Convention State Board of Missions, the North American Mission Board, the International Mission Board and other appropriate ministry endeavors.
The Embracement of Priorities will become essential. We will follow God’s direction in seeking to do only what we can do. We trust God to impress upon our hears where we should prioritize our efforts. We will seek to do what we do with excellence for the Glory of God and the good of His Kingdom.
We are seeking to saturate our mission-ministries in prayer. We are seeking God’s desire, God’s design and God’s direction in all that we do.
Our desire is to magnify the Lord Jesus Christ. In order to do that, we will operate in unity and love which He clearly stated as His desire for us (John 13:34-35, 17:20-21). Ultimately, after all is said and done, the Pastors, Ministerial Staff Ministers, Members of Morgan Baptist Association Churches and Ministry Partners will exclaim in one refrain. . .
